Good morning Santamakers!

I am happy to say that I have my website back up- www.thegrandfatherclaus.com It is nothing major at the moment but a work in progress and at least back out there! I am hoping to make some more time for my Santa hobby once again. I now have a space in our home to do so- just needs a bit more tweaking- and I need to take the art time for myself to unwind from the busy and stress of our primary business and the hours it is taking to run. (It is going great though so no complaints)

After getting the site back up- my thought was to connect once again to all of you! I have missed my Santa time and friends. You have always been a source of inspiration, fun, and knowledge.

Patti- can't thank you enough for keeping everyone going! You have been doing this now for how many years?! What a great vision to see what the web could do for us as artists. I look up at the beautiful header and see familiar faces, know the artists who created them, and get excited about the new guys I don't recognize (like that gorgeous carving- OH my!!)

For those of you who have asked to link up in the past- I hope to work on my links page this weekend so please send me your info again! Also, is anyone on facebook or twitter? Would love to see you there too!

Looking forward to reconnecting with the "old" Santamakers and meeting the new.

With warmest regards, Lisa (Fronek) Gapen

LISA!!!!!!!!! How happy I am to see you back!! If the Emoticons were working on my computer, here, you'd see alot of smiles. (I'll try it, but I'm not sure you'll get more than a little box!) Kind of Back! 313583
Is your primary business still a flower shop? Do I remember that right? Kind of Back! 699332 ('nother box!) You were one of the main bright spots at the other site and now these new friends will get to laugh with you, too!
So many hugs.......Diane

Lisa,
It is so nice to meet you and your wonderful Santa creations! I enjoyed looking over your site and seeing your past projects. What fun they must have been to create, and the happiness and joy they must bring to whomever owns them. They are so full of character and charm, it is hard not to love each one of their handsome little faces. I would have a hard time choosing which one would be my favorite!

I look forward to getting to know you and your fantastic Santa's!

Hugs,
Lori
